What is DRIVARO?
DRIVARO is Curaçao's first AI-powered vehicle import platform. We source vehicles and import them to Curaçao, Bonaire, and Aruba. You browse our curated inventory or submit a Custom Order for a specific vehicle, and we handle everything from purchase to delivery.
Where are you based?
DRIVARO operates from Willemstad, Curaçao, in partnership with our local automotive and logistics partner who handles vehicle inspection, reconditioning, and customs clearance on-island.
Which islands do you deliver to?
We deliver to Curaçao (primary market), Bonaire, and Aruba. Inter-island delivery to Bonaire and Aruba is handled via Shipping Company. Future expansion to other islands is planned.

How does DRIVARO work?

What is a Custom Order?
If you don't see what you want in our current inventory, submit a Custom Order. Tell us the make, model, year range, budget, and any preferences. Our team will search auctions on your behalf, present you with a match, and proceed once you confirm and pay a deposit.
How long does the full process take?
From Custom Order confirmation to vehicle delivery on Curaçao, the typical timeline is 28–40 days. This includes sourcing (1–2 weeks), ocean transit (10–14 days), and customs clearance (5–10 days). We send WhatsApp updates at every milestone.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you receive WhatsApp notifications at every stage, bid won, shipped, arrived in Curaçao, customs cleared, and ready for collection.
Do I need to do anything at customs?
No. Our local partner handles all customs filing, import duties, and vehicle clearance on your behalf. You simply receive a notification when your vehicle is ready.
Pricing & Payment
How much does it cost to import a car?
The total landed cost includes the vehicle auction price, U.S. handling fees, ocean freight, Curaçao import duties, and reconditioning. Use our Landed Cost Calculator on the homepage for an estimate, or contact us directly for a Custom Order quote.
Are there hidden fees?
No. DRIVARO is committed to full transparency. Every cost is itemized and shared with you before you confirm your order. What we quote is what you pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and local bank transfer. A deposit is required to confirm a Custom Order. Full payment is due before delivery.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit of approximately 30% of the vehicle price is required to confirm your Custom Order and begin sourcing. The deposit is applied toward your total.
What is your refund policy?
If DRIVARO is unable to source a vehicle that matches your Custom Order criteria within the agreed timeframe, your deposit is fully refunded. If you cancel after a vehicle has been purchased on your behalf, the deposit is non-refundable as the vehicle acquisition cost has already been incurred.
Vehicles & Condition
What condition are the vehicles in?
Vehicles vary by source. All vehicles are inspected and reconditioned by our local partner before delivery. Any known damage or repair history is disclosed to you before you confirm your order.
Do you sell salvage title vehicles?
DRIVARO prioritizes clean title vehicles. We may occasionally source rebuilt title vehicles at the customer's specific request, with full disclosure of the title status upfront.
What makes and models do you typically source?
We focus on the most in-demand vehicles in the Caribbean market, Toyota RAV4, Honda CR-V, Nissan Rogue, Chevrolet Tahoe, Jeep Wagoneer, and similar SUVs and crossovers. We can source virtually any make or model available at U.S. auction via Custom Order.
Can I request a specific color or trim level?
Yes, include your preferences in your Custom Order. We cannot always guarantee an exact match but we do our best to find the closest available option within your budget and timeframe.
Shipping & Delivery
How do vehicles get to Curaçao?
Vehicles are transported from the U.S. auction location to a major export port (typically Jacksonville, FL or Houston, TX), then shipped via ocean freight container or RoRo vessel to Curaçao. Transit time is approximately 14–21 days.
How do vehicles get to Bonaire or Aruba?
After clearing customs in Curaçao, vehicles destined for Bonaire or Aruba are dispatched via Local Shipping Company. Add approximately 3–10 days for the inter-island leg.
Can I pick up the vehicle at the port?
No, vehicles must clear customs and pass our local partner Car's inspection before being released. Once cleared, you are notified and can collect your vehicle from our local partner Car's facility in Curaçao.
Do you offer delivery to my home or hotel?
Yes, delivery within Curaçao can be arranged for an additional fee. Contact us at info@drivaro.shop or via WhatsApp to arrange.
